We offer free shipping on all orders over $100, within Australia only.

Love Bobbie work with several freight companies. We will arrange freight depending on the size, weight, and classification of your order, along with your location with one of our nominated service providers. We do not use any customer provided courier services.
Freight will be calculated prior to your order being finalised, and is calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of your order. You can calculate the estimated freight cost in your shopping cart once items have been added if you wish to see the cost prior to proceeding through to the checkout.
Please check your shipping address is correct. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order. Please refer to our returns policy for more information {hyperlink to page}

Any orders placed with dangerous goods items (i.e., some raw ingredients) may incur longer delivery times as these must travel via Road Transport only and go through additional freight procedures. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
State locations and delivery time-frames above are based on metro delivery areas. If you are located outside of your states metro delivery area, shipping times may be increased.
Note: Shipping times may be increased during busy times (i.e., Christmas, public holidays, etc.,).
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped to you, which will include your tracking number and the freight carrier we have selected to ship your order.
For orders containing ‘dangerous goods’, please anticipate a longer freight time due to extra carrier procedures, as freight can travel by road transport only.
International Shipping
At this time we are unable to offer online orders outside of Australia, as some of our handmade soaps contain local botanicals, herbs and spices which may not be accepted into all countries. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we can advise which items can be shipped to your country and the shipping methods available to you.
Love Bobbie will not be held responsible for any goods held up or incurring extra local clearance charges. Please check with your local customs agent or shipping agent prior to shipment of goods.
