Ordering Information
- We do not have a minimum order requirement. However, savings and discounts can be achieved by ordering larger quantities, as well as our free shipping offer for orders over $100 (within Australia only).
- All orders are to be placed via our website, or via email for bulk purchases.
- No verbal or telephone orders will be accepted to avoid miscommunication and disclosure of personal information.
- For Australian customers, all prices are inclusive of GST.
- For international customers, all prices exclude any GST, taxes, import or customs fees/duties of the particular country. At this point in time, we do not accept online (website) orders or ship outside of Australia unless contacted directly for orders as some items contain local/native dried botanicals for example, and local customs laws need to be obtained before proceeding. If you wish to ship outside of Australia; please contact our friendly team for further information.
- Due to the volatile price movement of ingredients, prices on our website are subject to change without any notice. Orders confirmed and paid for will be honoured at the price for that order only.
- Once an order is confirmed and paid for, any changes will be treated as a new order.
- Once and order is confirmed and paid for, order cancellation requests due to change of mind or an incorrectly placed order, will be treated as a change of mind return – please refer to our ‘Returns’ policy for further information.
- Products sold are not for human ingestion or consumption or to be used for any health-related claims. They are for external use only and not for any other intended purpose.
Payments
- All orders must be paid for and cleared by accounts before shipment/delivery.
- Payments can be made via Credit Card, AfterPay or Bank Deposit (for non-online wholesale or invoiced orders only i.e., orders made via email)
- We do not accept cheque payments.
- Payments via bank deposit must be cleared in our account prior to dispatching your order. Depending on who you bank with, this can take 1-3 business days.
- Bank Details for direct deposits will be provided upon “invoiced orders” i.e., via email only and not those made on our website.
Freight & Delivery
- Prices do not include freight or delivery.
- Freight will be calculated and charged prior to your order being finalised. Freight is calculated on size, weight and any goods classifications of your order (i.e., dangerous, express or fragile goods)
- We will ship goods using Love Bobbies nominated/preferred service provider at that time. We do not use any customer provided courier services.
- For international orders, we will advise of costs and estimated lead times for delivery. Love Bobbie will not be held responsible for any goods held up or incurring extra local clearance charges. Please check with your local customs agents or shipping agent prior to shipment of goods.
- All orders should be checked and any discrepancy or error must be lodged within three (3) days of receipt of goods. Please refer to our ‘Returns’ Policy for more information
- Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order.
- Any re-shipping fees will be issued by invoice and payable by square link or direct bank transfer only. We cannot accept online/website credit card or AfterPay payments for re-shipping fees.

Promotion(s) or Specials
- All promotions such as free shipping promoted via the website, Facebook and other marketing channels are for Australia only.
Liability
- If products are not stored correctly, this could alter the stability and nature of the products. Also; if used with other ingredients, this could also cause product stability issues (i.e., raw ingredients and essential oils). Love Bobbie shall not be held liable for this. Please undertake testing of product(s) before upscaling to larger batch sizes.
- Always read the ingredients label prior to use and check with your health care professional if you have any concerns. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

- All product images contained in our website are for illustrative purposes only and actual items may vary in appearance, colour, shape and packaging.
- Package contents and/or packaging used are at our discretion and may vary from time to time.
- Errors such as misprints or omissions are excepted. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time in prices, products, and specifications without notice. If we have made an error in pricing, we will notify you of the correct price.
- We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage or error which may be incurred by any person acting in reliance upon this information. Information is for education purposes only and individuals must exercise their independent judgement in determining if the product is suitable for their particular purpose or usage.
- Liability is limited to the value of the goods only and does not include any losses including consequential losses.
- Compliance and all laws and regulations and intellectual property right and/or trademark applying to the products are the responsibility of the user and any third party related to the user.
- If you intend to re-label or re-brand our products for whatever reasons, please ensure you are in compliance with labelling laws. We shall not be held responsible for losses incurred as the result of product recall due to incorrect labelling.
