Bergamot has a wonderful fresh citrus scent and is one of the most popular essential oils used in handmade soap making and is a very stable oil in CP Soap. Bergamot blends well with many oils such as Basil, Benzoin, Black Pepper, Cajeput, Carrot Seed, Cedarwood, Chamomile, Citronella, Clary Sage, Coriander, Cypress, Dill, Frankincense, Geranium, Ginger, Grapefruit, Helichrysum, Jasmine, Juniper Berry, Lavadin, Lavender, Marjoram, Neroli, Nutmeg, Sweet Orange, Palma Rosa, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Rose Geranium, Rosemary, Rosewood, Sage, Sandalwood, Mandarin, Thyme, Vetiver, Ylang-ylang. Bergamot has been known to assist with anxiety, cysts, depression, infections, psoriasis and eczema, stress and tension, wounds and cuts. Because Bergamot is a cold pressed oil please ensure your oil is stored in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight and needs to be used within 6 months from opening.
